☘ Aren't we lucky it's March? ☘
Hey everyone! Just a minute ago, we were setting resolutions for the new year, and then we blinked and tomorrow is MARCH! As I look at the calendar blur through the rest of the school year, I hope you are all coping well and keeping up with what's ahead. Term 4 is right around the corner; end-of-year testing, dances, and graduations are coming soon; and summer plans are in the works. Don't panic, however... We are LUCKY enough to take a moment and be grateful for today. Your daughters are such forces for good, and I know I'm grateful to be in the moment with them every moment we are together.
SUNDAYS
THANK YOU to Brittana Alexander, Kayla Koldewyn, Charley Alexander, and Dancyne Searle for leading great discussions about how we can improve our worship of God and make righteous judgments in February. I love how well our Young Women teach! They are so prepared, insightful, and inspired. They do an excellent job!
Our Young Women Sunday discussions are every second and fourth Sunday at 1 p.m. in the classrooms in the southeast corner of the back hallway of the church. This month, the following Young Women have volunteered to lead our discussions:
- On March 12, MARCIE MORTENSEN and MCKENNA WEBSTER will lead discussions on "How Can the Savior Help Me Overcome My Fears?" in separate classes.
- March 26, LIZZY MITCHELL will discuss "How Can Young Women and Young Men Work Together to Help Build God's Kingdom?" with all of the Young Women.
Also:
- AYLA HAMBLIN and MCKENNA WEBSTER are ushering during sacrament meetings in March. Please arrive by 11:45 a.m., and THANK YOU!
- Most Sundays, youth class presidencies meet for about 10 minutes immediately after church for brief presidency meetings.
- Sunday, March 12, class presidents will meet in Ward Youth Council at 2:15 p.m.
